A Real Estate Development Firm
New Name. Same Vision. Officially Cira.
Maloney Development is proud to announce our rebranding as Cira Development. While our name is new, our commitment to excellence, integrity, and our partners remains unchanged.
We build highly successful multi-family residential and mixed-use properties. Specializing in the planning, design, and execution of complex, resident-centered ventures, we transform visions into high-impact realities.
From ground-up new construction to the strategic optimization of underutilized land and assets, our partners and sponsors rely on our expertise to navigate the intricate landscape of community development and public agencies.
“Maloney Development worked hard to redevelop and rehab Holyoke Farms. Their refinancing plan ensures the ongoing and future success of Holyoke Farms as a high quality and affordable housing resource for families in our City.”
